Is homeschooling a good practice where children are educated at home by parents or private teachers instead of attending school?

I disagree with the statement that homeschooling is a good practice. 

Firstly, children who are homeschooled may lack the social interaction and collaboration skills that are crucial for their personal and professional development. Public schools provide a diverse environment where children can interact with peers from different backgrounds. For example, a child might learn how to solve conflicts and make friends, which is an essential life skill. Secondly, homeschooling may not provide the same level of academic rigor and resources that public schools offer. Public schools have access to specialized teachers, equipment, and programs that can offer a more comprehensive and engaging education. For instance, a public school might have science labs with advanced equipment, allowing students to have hands-on experience.
