Would you choose a prestigious university with high tuition or a less known one offering a scholarship?

Imagine that you have been accepted by two different universities. One university is well known for its excellent academic programs but the tuition fee is high. The other university is less well known but the school offers you scholarship to cover some of the tuition. Which university do you think you would choose? Please explain why in details and example.
