In my opinion, I think it is necessary to prohibit people from using phone calls in some places for two reasons. First of all, people shouldn\'t pick a phone call when they are in the quiet place such as library, movie theater, or important meeting. These places usually do not allow people to use phone calls because it is not polite and respectful to other people. For example, if you pick a phone call and talk very loud in the library, other people can get distracted and might not enjoy reading. Also, using phone calls like speaking or texting while driving is very dangerous. It might cause a car accident due to driver\'s distraction. For respect others and safety, using phone calls must be prohibited in some occasions.

In my opinion, I agree it is necessary to prohibit people from using phone calls in some places because for safety reason. For example, I remember that when I applied for the US visa, there was a big sign inside the embassy, cell phones were not allowed due to safety purposes, I totally agree with policy especially during these days in my country Egypt there was revolution and it is the right for each organization to put the policy to let the organization itself convenient and everyone should respect the policy and do not break it down.
That is why, I prefer it is necessary to prohibit people from using cell phones inside some places
