Should universities build a study hall where all the students can study and relax ?

Personally, I think this is a good idea.

First, this allows students to have more freedom when they study. Students can decide when they would like to have a break, as students need space and time to release their pressure. After having refreshments, they might study more efficiently.

Second, in this kind of environment, it's much easier for students to have a discussion about their assignments so that they can solve difficult problems together. For example, I like studying at the student center where the study atmosphere is much more relaxing than in the library, as I can talk with others and get help quickly.
