Do you prefer staying in touch with family and friends while traveling or not?

I  prefer to keep in touch with my family members and friends while traveling. 

Firstly, keeping in touch while traveling helps me feel closer to my family and friends. By sharing photos, stories, and updates, I can make them a  part of my journey and create a sense of unity. For example, when I went on a backpacking trip, I regularly sent messages and photos to my parents, which reassured them of my safety and allowed them to enjoy my adventures. 

Secondly, staying connected provides an emotional support system. During a difficult situation, like getting lost in a foreign city, I appreciated having friends and family I could reach out to for comfort and advice. Their support made me feel less alone and more confident in navigating the unknown.
