Can students be allowed to use calculators during Math classes or tests?

Personally speaking, I believe that students can have the opportunity to utilize calculators to assist their study. Here are my reasons. Firstly, using calculators can improve students' efficiency. The modern and technological world requires everyone to work in a fast pace, so calculators can help students to solve Math problems faster. Without calculators, students may need to spend a large amount of time in calculation.

Secondly, the usage of calculators doesn't mean that students' Math ability will be reduced. On the contrary, students can concentrate on thinking and following the professor. They only need calculators to calculate rather than to create.
