Should parents monitor their child's messages without consent ?

I disagree with the statement. 

Firstly, reading a child's private messages without permission violates their privacy and can undermine the trust between parents and children. It is important for children to have their own personal space and feel secure in their privacy. 

Secondly, children should be taught the importance of privacy and boundaries. By allowing them to have their own private conversations, parents can encourage children to develop a sense of responsibility and independence. It provides them with the opportunity to make their own decisions and learn from their mistakes without feeling overly monitored or controlled. This way their children will not invade other people's privacy as well, which is very important for their future interpersonal relationships.
